Here at Cheeky Fudge and Sweet Cheeks in Bolton, we take great care of health and safety to ensure our sweets and fudge are safe to eat. An extremely high standard of inspection is undertaken on all products before being packed and shipped to customers. Our expert workers use scoops and tongs while also wearing fresh gloves, hair nets, and masks to ensure the hygiene, cleanliness and taste of all products, so the first person to touch your fudge and/or sweets will be you!

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Returns and refunds are not available unless there is a problem with the order or if we’ve accidentally sent you the wrong product. We can only accept unopened returns. You can see the content of your order through the back of the packet before opening.
DO YOU DELIVER SWEETS INTERNATIONALLY?
We can send sweets and fudge to limited destinations abroad, send us an email on shopping@cheekyfudgeandsweetcheeks.com to find out if we deliver to your country. We are a UK based company.
ARE THE SWEETS GELATINE FREE AND SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS?
This varies from product to product. If you’re unsure just ask us and we’ll be happy to help!
ARE THE SWEETS HALAL?
Yes, all of our products are Halal.
DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?
We have discounts and special offers on our social media, so keep your eyes peeled, and can offer even bigger discounts for our loyal customers. Alternatively email us on shopping@cheekyfudgeandsweetcheeks.com for discounts on large orders!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you cancel your order before we have sent it out for delivery, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund.
Once we have sent out the order for delivery, we can only refund you the cost of the item if the parcel is unopened and sent back to us by courier at your own expense.
We recommend purchasing insurance when returning your order, as we cannot refund damaged products that have been returned to us.
Once your order has been returned to us in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged, we will issue you with a full refund on the price of the product(s) only. This will be within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL
Yes, once your parcel has been dispatched you will be provided a tracking number, where you will be able to track your parcel.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS ON AN ORDER?
If you notice a mistake with your address, you must email us at shopping@cheekyfudgeandsweetcheeks.com to amend this within one hour of placing your order. After this it is possible that your order has been fulfilled and left with the courier.
If you provide an incorrect address and the courier is unable to deliver, we will not send out a replacement product. You must get in touch with us to arrange alternative action.
Likewise, if an order is attempted to be delivered more than three times and you are not in to receive this it will be returned to sender. At this point we will not be able to re send it free of charge.
